I’m Jane Weaver and, due to me running my own business for over 12 years I can help you gain clarity, growth and enjoy success from your business or career.

 

My career started by training in the Court Service then going on to work with a board of directors in the Utility Sector before taking on the role of PA in a logistics company, where I worked hard eventually being able to stage a Management buyout, going on to run the business for over 12 years.

 

WhiIst running the business, I was responsible for strategy and growth thus driving the business forward. As a result, the company rose from under a £1m turnover to £4.5m at its peak and offered multiple transport and warehouse services nationwide.

 

My company developed a productive and enthusiastic team of professionals who delivered high quality service to our clients which we became renowned for. We expanded and introduced new services, our aim was to be consistent and indispensable, rather than just being considered satisfactory.

 

As owner and MD my experience includes business planning for growth, training and motivating a team, financial structure, sales and marketing plans and account development and management, Health and Safety, ISO accreditations, supplier management along with much more. This experience lets me understand the challenges facing you and your drive to succeed and I will help you achieve your goals.
